We perform all general association accounting functions that include but not limited to processing accounts receivable, accounts payable, estoppel letters and financial statements. We are able to obtain free lockbox services for each association due to our banking relationships. Also, board members no longer need to wait for weekly vendor check packages for them to sign. Board member(s) can elect to approve payment of vendor invoices online (1-2-3 process).

Our association property management accountant has extensive experience working in the condominium and homeowners association industry. Our association bookkeeper (s) perform all homeowners association accounting functions based on our association accounting system mentioned above. What makes us different?
