We are a full services CPA firm and our primary focus are business and individual taxes services and condominium and homeowner services. Many property management companies refer us for audit, reviews, and compilations. We have performed fraud audits, developer turnover audits, and consulting for accounting related matters. Note, we provide accounting services only, all other property management services are performed by a licensed CAM property manager or property management company hired directly by the association in accordance with Florida Statue.
